This team is basically the combination of Kingdra-Politoed rain and Perish+Shadow-Tag.
It is significantly influenced by Yuya Tada(YT,@warnyan0616) and Homare(@Nadeshiko_2013), who both are strong Japanese players and made Shadow Tag teams with Politoed.
Especially, I had battled against YT several times on Showdown, therefore I decided to use similar rainy-perish one.

I could easily determine which 5 pokemons to use: Politoed, Gengar, Gothitelle, Kingdra and Scrafty。
I started with Politoed with Perish song and Mega-Gengar with both Perish Song and Shadow Tag. Then I added Gothielle, another Shadow Tag bulky pokemon.
Kingdra is to have a simple "beat-down" as a rainy team, therefore I wish to have Choice Spec on him. I use Timid nature to defeat foe's Modest Kingdra. Some people might suggest of having Ludicolo which learns Fake Out, though I would rather care about foe's Talonflame and did not wish to employ this grass/water pokemon.
Then Scrafty soon came into my mind; Fake Out and Intimidate pokemon with bulky stats works well with Perish-Shadow Tag. Also, considering the previous 4 pokemons, the fighting pokemon is necessary against opponents' Tyranitar.
While I could select 5, it was not easy for the last one in contrast. These 5 pokemons above are the same as YT's original team, where his last pokemon is Amoonguss. I did not wish to use Amoonguss since it creates the team much weaker against Talonflame(cosidering Adamant Nature+Choice Band). Furthermore, I planned not to use Trick Room, and using this slow pokemon seemed to have few merit here.
Special thanks to another Japanese player Tsuge(@Tsu_ge_39), I looked on his blog when I was to decide the last one for my team. The only problem with Smeargle is that he sometimes misses DV, bad boy. Smeargle is Own Tempo because many Japanese players like to SWAG on opponents' pokemon, it is really sad.
